Youth Hockey Players Hit the Ice at Wells Fargo

Face off: Sev­er­al hun­dred loc­al youth ice hockey play­ers re­cently com­peted in a series of all-star games at the Wells Fargo Cen­ter. The boys, ages 4-15, were in­vited to play by Ed Snider, CEO of Com­cast Spec­ta­cor. State Sen. John Sabat­ina Jr. (D-5th dist.) dropped the open­ing puck for the Tor­res­dale Hockey Club all-star game. Join­ing him in the ce­re­mony were hockey club dir­ect­or Joel Schriver (right) and play­ers Danny Mackley (left), Olivia Schriver (second from right) and Bri­an Christy (cen­ter).
